As far back as I can remember I have always been interested in music in one form or another. Even as a child listening to records on that funny little record player my parents bought me until I finally got my own tape player when I was seven years old. I actually started my instrument playing at a later age then most musicians would begin playing but I had the drive and passion to play music so I bought a bass guitar and joined a band with some friends and started my journey towards becoming a musician.

A few years later I decided to learn how to play drums and from then on I would make it my mission to play as best as I can. I had many influences from listening to a variety of music styles during my Junior High School days. The main groups I grew up with were Rush, The Police, Van Halen, Pink Floyd, Queen and The Beatles. Yes, I know The Beatles broke up long before I started High School but they were a big influence on many of today's musician's. I would have to say that my main influence for playing drums would be my best friend Donald Jack, he has been playing drums since he was a child and he is the best drummer I know. I always watched Don play in his garage all the time and I would sometimes sit behind his drum kit and hit the snare drum or tap on a cymbal or two.

As time went by, I would learn a few things from Don and other friends who are also musicians until I bought my first drum kit years later and started to learn on my own. Over the years I have developed my own style of playing from listening to various kinds of music. I'm a big Rush fan and I get most of my creative style from listening and watching Neil Peart play and in my opinion he is the most influential rock drummer today. I have been playing drums for fifteen years now doing live and studio work with several bands, so if you ever have any questions please contact me. I hope you enjoy our website, thanks for visiting.
